Nature-Inspired and Art-Focused After-School Program

Our new fall program collaborates with Bainbridge Art Explorers where we will blend the wonder of the outdoor experience of Wardwell Farms with the focus of the art studio. Each session begins with the farm experience—exploring the land, interacting with animals and connecting with nature—before moving into dedicated studio time.  Over the season, students will play with a variety of materials to create seasonal projects such as ornaments and wreaths to nature-based gifts and mixed-media mandalas. With guidance and room for self-expression, they’ll transform simple supplies into meaningful keepsakes to take home and share during the festive season all the while strengthening their creative skills and experiencing the joy of hands-on art projects. Please note:  This is a great program for kids who are searching for that opportunity to really delve into some dedicated creative time in the studio with a lighter focus on farm time.
